I was expecting free shipping
I was expecting free shipping, my order total was final in my cart, and then suddenly my email confirmation shows a 32,50 shipping charge? This is unacceptable. No one was available to correct his by phone. I expected to be charged what my cart total indicated, and you slapped on a massive extra charge that was not visible to me. You are using bait and switch tactics. Not smart, and borderline illegal. You've lost a customer here.
