Your method of handling payment could be improved
I got what I ordered in a timely fashion. However, I do not appreciate your policy of debiting our account at the time the order was placed and then debiting it again when the order shipped and then crediting back the second debit. I track our account online and this was very confusing, especially since the credit was not issued until I notified you that our account had been debited twice.
