Prices are great. Shipping too slow.
Your prices are great compared to other medical sites but your shipping is very slow. When I finally got a shipping notification, it was only for 1 of the 2 items ordered.

SO FAST

I had to replace broken brake handle.
I had a hard time tracking down where I could order these 2 brakes. It seems the original company is no longer in business. The second company didn't have them in stock. I then proceeded to get your company on the internet. I then entered my order as the brake handle had snapped with little pressure. ( I will be 80 years old in September) you know I did not put too much pressure on them. It snapped right where the bolts screw on to the handle. Your product looks like it will be more sturdy.
