Suggest using something other than FedEx for delivery. They delivered my order to the wrong address and then never bothered to delivery to the correct address when the package was returned to FedEx. My order was returned to you. I haven’t received any communication about my order from your company. Where is the order that I paid for???!!!!

My first order was canceled without any email or notification. Upon contacting customer service I was instructed to reorder my product. I reordered and received it with in 5 days as was noted for my order. Very pleased as it was something I really needed.

I ordered a walker from Allegro Medical.because the online site said how quickly it would be shipped and when I would. receive it. I actually called them to insure I would receive it as they stated. I needed for a planned outing that would involve a lot of walking. Well, it was supposed to arrive yesterday, just in time for my outing today. No walker, just notice it won’t be here until late next week - 6days late.
