Fast shipping, well packaged. The size was a perfect fit and we are pleased we upgraded to the moisture proof cover. It is a nicer quality than the original that came with the ROHO cushion. Thank you for the prompt service!

First time I called, I didn’t get anyone to answer. The second time I did get a nice representative. I ordered two items. One $12 item was sent ( $130 item is on back order) the $15 shipping fee was attached to this item. I do not know when the second item will be shipped, but according to the rep it will not have shipping attached to it. I signed up for emails snd was supposed to get free shipping, but the more expensive item did not qualify for free shipping. Exceptions were not mentioned when I signed up. Pretty sure the $12 item should have come without the shipping attached. The more expensive higher priced item should have had the shipping attached to it, that is if it ever comes. I was not informed that my larger priced item was on back order, if I would not have ordered anything. Not pleased with this companies policies.

Great products and pricing!

When I ordered the walkers I ordered the info on the site was that it would take a couple of business days to enter the order, and then 5-7 days shipping for the order. After not receiving a shipping notice or tracking number I called the company about the delay on 8/9/21. I was told that my merchandise wouldn't be shipped until 824/21. If this is the case then the customer should be notified before the company takes the funds for the order. I felt the person I spoke to was plainly uncaring of the fact that the walker I ordered is an important part of my mobility, and in a hurry to get off the phone. I don't plan on doing business with this company in the future.

We used the TENA underpads and they were perfect for our situation. We don't need the large orders yet so get the packs of 25. It would help it the history told just what it was that we ordered.

Since I am not a "millennial"...your new online ordering options take folks away from their basic needed items and introduce us to nonsensical potential options we will never want to look at?? I would much rather CALL in my order, but your phone lines seem to be designed to avoid having us speak with an actual person!!

Percentages of discounts are provided. How ever the pressure tactics of using the discount is at a disadvantage to individuals, when the offer is during the last two day of the current month. Extend the discount and free shipping during the first several day of the new month. Thanks to all the service representatives that assist me when I call personally to place orders, and request information.

Why all the brown paper???

Easy to navigate the site. Found everything I needed and glad of the discount. I did look at some DME and dd not purchase because I could not see the back of the item. I would like to see more views of these higher priced items.
