Order Number: AMC-d428-622870 Order Date: 8/10/2021 This is the seat to my wheelchair I ordered with A delivery date up to 10 days I checked on my order 8/18/2021 and was told to expect delivery 10/15/2021 How is that acceptable as a Medical company?

Had to call Customer Service
Had to call Customer Service. I ordered 2 Sound Oasis S-550-05 Sound Therapy Systems. 2 Separate orders. I received no updates on status after ordering and only found out after contacting Customer Service that the Oasis products are backordered and will not ship till October at the earliest. That is TOTALLY unacceptable. With today's applications that show available to promise and expected delivery times, your systems are woefully behind the times.

G R E A T. product!
I did my homework, spent over an HOUR (yes, really!) reading and comparing on many websites and ended up purchasing this booster from Allegro. It came really quickly and in perfect shape. There is not one single thing that I would change and not one single complaint. I opened it, set it in place and have been using it for about a week and I am very pleased. It does NOT move around and stays in place. Very easy to keep clean. I recommend this to anyone who needs a booster seat.
