This is a scam I ordered leg straps for my catheter they sent me the wrong ones I paid over $10 for the shipping and now I got to pay to ship them back. So I go to order two more leg straps they were and they want over $10 again to ship me two leg straps I cannot picture it cost in much more than a dollar to ship them but they're charging over $10 Customer service was complete useless I wish I had his name I have been ordering from Allegra for 13 years and they are not fair with their shipping prices they would not wave the shipping cost for me to receive two leg straps it cost more for the shipping than it did for the leg straps that's what they call a scam

Falsely advertised an expensive pillow I bought by showing a different photo than the actual product in their inventory. Then, after a headache of snide and abrasive emails over an untimely period, they made it impossible to return or get a refund.

My driver was Santos, apologized repeatedly , for my 2 hour wait, he is kind and a gentleman pleasant , I would definitely recommend him for a requested driver for others. Thank you Santos Brigitte Stanley

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and attempted to cancel my order. However, since there is no way to cancel an order, they were very rude in telling me I had to "eat" the return shipping because they refuse to help me in this situation. There are many other sites that sell the same exact stuff, so I'd highly recommend against using this company as others offer much better service.

The sent me less than I paid for. Then tried to lie about it and said there was nothing they could do. Didn't respond at all to 3 emails I sent them through their website. Then I called and they said "did you try to call, that is the best way to reach us?" I said "No, it doesn't say on you site that you don't return emails". This was after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I finally got through and they couldn't do anything because since they had waited so long they were unable to find any information. So they basically called me a liar. I had order 2 (500cs packs of syringes) they sent 2 (125cs packs) I told them about their mistake immediately and never received any help. Now they are just keeping the money and the product and we have to go through our credit card company to try and recover the money they stole.

This is what I sent to them... "Okay, this is a first. Ive used this company for OVER TEN YEARS and when I've ordered, I always select standard delivery and receive my order within 4 days after I place the order. It always impressed me that the day I got the shipping confirmation I could check my front porch and there was my order.. NOW... I placed an order on the 16th, here it is the 20th, go to check the tracking status and it says IT WONT EVEN BE SHIPPED OUT UNTIL THE 28TH ?! TWELVE DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED? So what does 7 to 10 days mean to your company? Just whenever you want now? No, that is completely unacceptable. I do not have time for nonsense or laziness. There are other medical supply companies (cheaper, too! )and if this is how your's is going to operate, I should become their loyal customer instead. Ship the order or cancel the order."

Ordered frozen booties & mitts before starting chemo. Hadn't received tracking info, called and learned they were out stock. Explained the urgency. Sales agent offered to call supplier and let me know whether they'd ship the items directly. Never heard back. Had to call several times to get reimbursed. Nice job adding to the stress of cancer. You have choices. Go elsewhere

This place used to be great, I'm not entirely sure what is happening. I've place a few orders in the last month and every order has been delayed do to the fact of a shortage. I understand that we have a lot of shortages in the world, but it's the lack of communication skills when it comes to this company. Items are available to buy and you pay for express shipping they take your money and your left with out your medical supplies. It's because they don't actually have them in stock, but won't actually tell you this until you call, I still have an open order and it's been 21 days and still haven't had an update. My previous order I had to cancel and have a order place somewhere else and that order was opened for 27 days with allegro. Customer service has also gone down hill, I never receive an email back anymore and when I call customer service the last few folks have been rude. I work and customer service and feel for people who work in customer service so I'm mindful of my tone and actions. It's quite irritating when your not able to receive your medical supplies on time.

I ordered a wheelchair 2 months ago & never heard another word!!!!!!!

They came fast and were exactly what my sister needed. Just wish the package was bigger.

I would love to give this item 5 stars but after a month if waiting and no one picking up the phone I can not.

about 10% of the catheters came off during the night. i'm going to try a smaller size, and see if that corrects the problem

I wanted to use Ensure Clear for the clear liquid diet day prior to colonoscopy procedure. I feel better when I have some protein throughout the day, and this meets the clarity/no residue requirement and the color restrictions (no red/purple. Allegro Medical had at the best price, I could buy them in singles, shipping was quick (under a week) and communication was good. I will look to Allegro Medical for any future needs.

Found a few critical tools for doing my physical therapy exercises at home at a fraction of the price as a consumer-facing retailer! The site is a little clunky and looks outdated, but the autofill in the search function gave me a starting place for all the items I was looking for. I didn't find everything I was hoping for, but I saved enough money to make it worth it buying those things other places. Both items I purchased shipped and arrived in less than a week. I got a cotton gait belt to use instead of a yoga strap and a half foam roller. It was hard to judge the size of the half foam roller based on the listing (again, there was an issue with product listings being clunky) and the images, so I got a smaller size than I would've picked in person, but it'll work fine.
