This place used to be great

This place used to be great, I'm not entirely sure what is happening. I've place a few orders in the last month and every order has been delayed do to the fact of a shortage. I understand that we have a lot of shortages in the world, but it's the lack of communication skills when it comes to this company. Items are available to buy and you pay for express shipping they take your money and your left with out your medical supplies. It's because they don't actually have them in stock, but won't actually tell you this until you call, I still have an open order and it's been 21 days and still haven't had an update. My previous order I had to cancel and have a order place somewhere else and that order was opened for 27 days with allegro. Customer service has also gone down hill, I never receive an email back anymore and when I call customer service the last few folks have been rude. I work and customer service and feel for people who work in customer service so I'm mindful of my tone and actions. It's quite irritating when your not able to receive your medical supplies on time.
