I have made several attempts via Allegro'web-site to get customer services help. I have set up the suggested personal account with log in information. My inquiries on the site responded that Allegro has no record of my order and no tracking information available. I have replied to an e-mail from Allegro dated 20 September, 2021, informing me that my order HAS been received and Allegro is processing my order!!!!! All of my contacts to Allegro have not been acknowledged. This type of customer service is highly disturbing!!
