Matt (Cardiff office) made the experience of getting travel insurance easy and painless. Friendly, polite, and reassuring. Clear explanations, not pushy but kind and considerate, walking me through each step. From Matt, I received the best support and customer service I have had in a long time. I cut myself off during the payment stage and was panicking but he rang me straight back. Nothing was a problem. To me -He comes with wings and a halo - an Angel. Thank You for coming to my rescue!

I am writing on behalf of a friend from UK…
I am writing on behalf of a friend from U.K. who was visiting Thailand. He got a small bite on his leg. Visted the local hosptal with a large rash. Admitted and given antibiotics. Got in touch with Allclear who then had him redirected to a private hospital 50 miles away. 3 operations later an air ambulance to Bangkok. 4 operations later no improvement so a doctor flew out from the UK and now is flying back 1st class today accompanied by the doctor. Most things are never 100% but this is.
