Great that it covers previous illnesses
Buying travel insurance from All Clear was a great experience. I was concerned about whether I would fall foul of one of the general conditions in their policies but found that the salesperson, Gary P, was patient and thorough in disentangling the possible complication I was anxious about. He was helpful and reassuring - so important when travelling long distance and wary of stories of folks being denied their claims. Where I showed my confusion GaryP checked with his manager to reassure me. Whist I am generally fit and healthy he took the time to ensure I was confident in the product I was buying. Well done GaryP and if this is the way the whole company operates then I can understand why Which? rates them so highly ( and the Which? endorsement was what attracted me to them in the first place).
To have a pleasant and patient person listen to you when you have to take time to answer questions makes it so much easier to make your decision to purchase your insurance …..

I found the web site very unclear and it took me four attempts to finally get my quote. My 5th time having AllClear Travel Insurance but I have always called and never had a problem. I will never use the website again. I also can't understand why they don't have a sign in account with past policies on, that can be just amended if needed.

I have obtained travel insurance from Allclear on a previous occasion and was happy to do so again. The young man I spoke to on the phone was very polite and it was easy to give him all the information he required to complete the transaction of purchasing an annual insurance for my wife and myself. I decided to have all the documents sent by post and at this time (3 days later) I am still awaiting their arrival. This may, of course, be due to Royal Mail delays. I would certainly consider using their services again.

Polite agent but that is only what to expect! If I have to claim on the insurance - hope not -I’ll find out how good the company is. It is too early to rate the company - but I like it has 24 hour emergency helpline.
