I had been trying to get a second electricity meter installed on my property but found myself stuck in an endless loop of emails back and forth with Alinta, with no real progress being made. It was incredibly frustrating. When I finally requested to escalate the issue to a supervisor, Bibhu took over my case — and I’m so glad he did. From the moment Bibhu got involved, things started to move. He assured me that now that the issue was on his desk, it would be actioned — and he kept his word.
