Professional and knowledgable
Having spoken with Mark I was confident that he would act in a professional way to build me a cruise and stay holiday and this was achieved. I then read the reviews of bentz holidays who are the propriety company and was alarmed at the negative experiences that many people appeared to have experienced I HAVE NO SUCH Problems

So far so good...fantastic
Although I haven’t been on my cruise yet, Affordable Cruises sales person Mark has been exceptional. The moment I sent an online enquiry Mark has dealt with my requests and tolerated me changing my mind as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He came up with a great deal and tailored it to suit us. If it all goes well,( we are off in a couple of months) I shall definitely us this company again ,so far so good. Excellent Service.

I dealt with a Chap called Jordan.He was very polite and had good product knowledge.He bettered the price whilst improving the accommodation Standard pre cruise and provided better flights.I would recommend trying this company

Excellent advise
Excellent advise from Kim (Senior Travel Consultant). Very knowledgeable about the facilities on board our ship. Spent an lot of time explaining about the ports of call and any access problems there could be, as I am partially disabled. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we have now booked our first cruise through her. She is a credit and an asset to the company. Chris Ross
