Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. Thank you ever so kindly, Olivia :)

I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

Fantastic service, thank you Claire. Gave me all information I needed and made the transition into my new place very smooth and effortless. Would absolutely recommend, and looking forward to my stay in my new place with you as my landlord.
Like living in a prison cell ? Thisplace is for you, its just like a night in a busy police station. Be kept awake at night by loud, rude and aggressive drunks. They even try and cook while drunk, regularly leaving the oven on, they stagger around the hallways with no regard for others. On the plus side, its very cheap and the drunks even informed me that one was subletting his room to the other and making some extra cash. He just bought a camping bed for his mate. Also, some places don't accept people on benefits but ad hoc welcome tenants on benefits.
Best housing at thoes prices. The service people are great and very helpfull. Met some wonderfull people during my time being a guardian. 10/10 would rent again :D
Hi there, I live at The Limes, I have been here since February and it has been an excellent experience living here, the staff and the people who live here are Pleasant, everything is always working in the property I have had no issues and I love the area.
Professional team, might be hard to reach sometimes, offer quite affordable apartment. Overall, im satisfied.
