I would never deal with this company…
I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car online took it back a week…
Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia,then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

First time dealing with Accept Finance
First time dealing with Accept Finance. Applied online and received a phone call from Paul O’brien the following day. Paul looked into my chosen options and managed to bag a deal for me first time round. We communicated by email whilst he sent me different cars and finally we found the perfect vehicle for myself. When he told me that it would be ready the following day and ready for delivery the next day I just couldn’t believe it so I said I’d visit the show room myself as I couldn’t wait. And there it was ready in a fresh condition and it was a matter of me signing over some paper work and I was off in my new car. That quick and easy thanks to Paul. He made sure I was up to date with any changes and he re-assured me as I was in doubt as to how easy it was. Highly recommend this company especially for first timers because you will be given that guidance and they’re not pushy one bit.

Outstanding customer service
Paul has been amazing through out the process of receiving finance for a car. He listened to what I wanted and did is hardest to get what I wanted for the right price. And he did. I was so happy that I got what i wanted and it was all because of Paul. He sent me pictures of the cars as it wasn't shown on the site and sent me info about what suited me. Plus he spoke to me directly on the phone and was there via phone call and messages all through the process. I have Never had finance before because I didn't think I could get it with having a poor credit and i was scared of trying, but Paul made me feel confident and did everything in his power to help me. Amazing customer service. I can't wait to receive my car. Thank you so much. You have put a smile on face 😊
