I would never deal with this company…
I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia,then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

just called regarding availability of 3…
just called regarding availability of 3 vehicles advertised on a well known online shopping outlet.I was instantly told that they couldn't access the stock page and was told to check on their website for the vehicles.None of the vehicles were listed on ACF's website.I was also told by the employee that the vehicles are located at various destinations around the country,not at Warrington,as advertised ! So glad I called before setting off on a 200 mile round trip to view the 3 vehicles advertised !!! Also, after viewing their website I cannot find any actual prices for any vehicles,the site will just tell you how much the car costs per month,not an actual listing price to buy outright. It just seems like a big scam to get people to sign up for extortionate finance. WASTING MY TIME !

Paul O'Brien was my sales man, very kind and helpful. All my questions were answered. Helped me to get my new mercedes benz, I can't thank him enough. The service was fast and efficient. Superb service from start to finish from James at ACF....Highly recommend to anyone. Answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to my perfect BMW....couldn’t be happier. Finance arrangement was just as I wanted and he worked hard to get me in the car I desired with my strict budget Easy to deal with and never felt pushed into anything. Misleading "AVOID"
Misleading "AVOID" - Advertising Cars on Ebay which they never possess - Most of the pictures they have are from BCA Car auction so not photo's which have actually been taken by Accept Car Finance..... I attach two photos as a example one showing the ad they posted on ebay and the other from BCA car auction to support what am stating... Its obvious that dealers purchase car from auctions but these cowboys post pictures of cars they've never won... The idea is you see a car you like,,,, you contact and they try and arrange finance and then try and sell you something else... At the time of writing they currently have 5 Mercedes C class coupe amg (2016 + shape) on actual website not even one . again rather than just making claims i have attached screen shots from ebay showing the cars they have listed and on on actual site not even one that matches this - the two you see are pre 2016 shape cars .. Not sure how a company like this is actually allowed to operate... GO FINANCE A CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE>>>>

AVOID!! Called up regarding a particular vehicle, they told us on the phone they don’t actually have any vehicles they had on eBay and they were all just advertisements, we then stated what sort of car we wanted and we were basically told we won’t be able to find anything and to go away. Phone call lasted 43 seconds. Very poor service and a pure idiot behind the phone decided to give away your little false advertising game. Bunch of idiots. Avoid at all cost.

Paul O’brian was the person that helped us get our desired car. he was very helpfull and very honest aswell. it took less than an hour and the job was well done. i really appreciate all the help the company gave me and would recomend it to everybody.
