I would never deal with this company…
I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia,then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

I definitely recommend this company if your looking for a speedy and professional service. Within an hour I had a swift response from the friendliest, most helpful sales agent named Sam who dealt with me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. We had a car delivered within 24 hours thankyou Accept Car Finance & big thanks to Sam again.

Great sale but poor aftersales
Barry the salesman was great I cant fault the sales team in anyway at all. It is a great shame that the aftersales teams are not the same was told my car was going g to a landrover specialist but from the week they had my car only 1 issue out of 3 was resolved and was told lies from the min I contacted aftersales. All I want is a dealer that sells good cars nice sales people and good aftercare. Rix motors has the first 2. If you want a good car and great sales people this is the place to go but if you want good aftersales rix isn't for you

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. They advertise cars online such as eBay that actually don't exist! Lots of cars advertised on eBay at good prices. When I asked about 5 cars that where advertised there all not available. They tell you to look on there website at cars much much higher in price and most are over market value. AVOID

Steve Ennis ‘A very pleasant surprise’.
Steve Ennis did a wonderful job. Professional, friendly and empathetic. Never once was judgemental and delivered what he promised which was a decent deal. To be honest, the whole procedure was a very unexpected but very pleasant surprise! To be honest, when I first viewed the ACCEPT advert on eBay I was a little sceptical. In recent years my fortunes had receeded mostly due to health, so I was worried about Credit Scores etc. I was also sceptical about a deal that was not going to be extortionate interest rates for ‘specialised’ loanees with pethaps a difficult financial history! No problem, Steve found me a great car, a fair financial agreement and incredible promptness! This was all done in a really helpful, friendly and knowledgable manner. The banter was great as well lol. Thanks for the wine Steve, it went down a treat🍸. Steve delvered exactly what it says on the ACCEPT tin.... They do their best to find u the right car in tip top condition, with a fair financial agreement which is all handled respectfully, non judgmentally and in such a friendly manner. Well done Steve. The car was delivered the next day by Des, another friendly, helpful and professional chap. He too had great banter but was always professional. Thanks to Des as well. Much obliged Steve, you did a grand job mate.

Posts listings of cars that they don't…
Posts listings of cars that they don't actually have to get you to call up and then tell you they don't have that as it has "Just left the forecourt". BUT they have other cars that you might be interested in. Such a scam and how more people haven't caught onto this is quite frankly just confusing!
