I would never deal with this company ever again!!! Left me high and dry with a car that was not fit for sale with a blown head gasket and didn't want to know.. Very very rubbish after sales team with no compation for the customer as long as the have got your money they are not bothered at all!!!! STAY CLEAR IF I WAS YOU AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! # CRAP CARS !!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car online took it back a week later ( as I was told I could at no cost) as it wasn’t right for me and changed to an insignia,then realised they had taken either £1500 or £2000 of my deposit I put down…robbing fckers give em a wide berth

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY**** We travelled over an hour to Warrington to view a car that we had seen advertised online by Accept Car Finance (ACF). When we arrived at the postcode we found the ACF building.... it wasn’t a car sales but an office block. Next door was a car garage call RIX car sales so we thought instead of wasting an hours drive we would go and check out what they had for sale. We where greeted by a man called Barry. We explained that we had come down to see a car we had seen for sale at ACF car sales but couldn’t find it. Barry told us that he had never heard of a company called ACF but assured us that we would find something that we would like at his garage and even offered to look into the car we had travelled to see. While we waited another member of staff came over to us. He also claimed that he had never heard of ACF. We didn’t fancy any of the cars at RIX car sales and left. Long story short we went home and did a bit of research. Turns out ACF aren’t a car dealers, they actually provide finance solely for RIX car sales. It would appear that cars are being falsely advertised online to draw people to RIX car sales and the sales team are complete liars and conmen. Extremely disappointed in Barry as he seemed lovely.. turns out he was a bad man. 5 stars on trustpilot my backside #notcoolbarry

I have never had a better experience…
I have never had a better experience buying a car, RYAN from the minuite i started looking right until he handed me the keys was fantastic, we had a few issues with finance deal but nothing was to much trouble for him, when i thought that the car i wanted was out of reach he made it happen, ON HIS DAY OFF ASWELL !! AMAZING SERVICE could not have done it with without him he is a great guy and i hope he will get the recognision he deserves, as he took time out of his own day to make sure everything was sorted from the car to my drive off insurance

I've struggled to get finance due to my credit rating in recent years but Jonny has helped me out with a brilliant deal on a golf GTD! I couldn't of asked for a better or more helpful service! Great to deal with and an all round happy customer! Highly recommend!

Absolutely brill service, sent enquiry online Thursday tea time (5.15pm), got a call off James Watson within minutes, went through what I wanted, he told me he would sort it out and get back to me first thing in the morning, true to his word, called 9.30am today said he had a deal in place with a finance company, ran through details with me and e-signed everything once I read all t&c’s ect rang me back once thst was done around dinner time but 3.30pm I had the vehicle. 5 star service would 100% recommend. James was fab too guy so helpful 👍🏼 5*****
