For those of us with now chronic medical conditions, having to order supplies often (monthly for me), it is a true pleasure using 180 medical. They answer the phone promptly, have courteous & knowledgeable people, and deliver promptly. My Medicare Advantage co-pay is surprisingly small.

I had a delivery issue and made a call to 180 medical . Some of my products were damaged by the delivery company, but 180 medical didn’t charge for the damaged items and replaced them and made sure the directions were placed on my on my file so it doesn’t happen again. The cathetors are wonderful, since using my e-mail for refillls I am more confident that the catheters arrive on time. My problem is with billing My wife who does all my financial work always pays bills on time and as submitted. At least twice in the past year we received a notification of zero balance followed in 1-2 months for a request for payment of a much larger amount than the original invoice. I have called and was told that there is a known issue with UnIted Health Care...don't worry.
