Somehow, over the course of many years, I have accumulated an excess of catheters. Because I hadn't responded to email inquiries suggesting a refill, someone from 180 Medical called me. I explained my accumulated excess. She said they could withhold my next shipment. This was VERY helpful. If possible, I may request withholding another shipment, or reducing the number shipped... at least for a while. THANK YOU!!!

Your online platform no longer requires me to state how many I have on hand. I filled out an online form to you stating that it appears 180Medical sometimes just wants an infusion of cash flow, so ships product regardless. Personally, it's great to have an excess of catheters, yet I don't want to be part of a scam to defraud Social Security or TriCare.

I never have a problem with refills and products arrive when they say they are. I have received some later then when its supposed to arrive but I think thats more of delivering not so much the shipping. Also product was stolen and was able to get replacement. I was so grateful.
