The cathetors are wonderful
The cathetors are wonderful, since using my e-mail for refillls I am more confident that the catheters arrive on time. My problem is with billing My wife who does all my financial work always pays bills on time and as submitted. At least twice in the past year we received a notification of zero balance followed in 1-2 months for a request for payment of a much larger amount than the original invoice. I have called and was told that there is a known issue with UnIted Health Care...don't worry.
