Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking Β£7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged Β£7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This is a SCAM!!!!
This is a SCAM!!!! I went onto what I thought was the gov website to renew my road tax, and was somehow redirected to vehicle information. It looked legitimate, so I made the mistake of inserting my vehicle registration, setting up a password and my debit card details, thinking I was paying my road tax. Then I find a debit payment of 50p to this company, when I expected to see the gov details, so I became suspicious. I called my bank, who said it was a subscription service and the following month they would take Β£7.99 & so on every month! Luckily I'd closed down the account in the meantime as none of this was clear on the website and i felt uncomfortable about it. The bank have said as I reported it on the same day, they will refund any monies taken. I usually think I am quite savvy, and honestly cannot understand how I came to be on this website. How about someone elderly, or with any difficulties who would not realise and actually not have a legal road tax, and be having Β£7.99 deducted from their account for basically nothing. Absolutely disgusting. It's actually free to renew your road tax online direct via government website, just ensure that you are not redirected. And also easy over the phone, the call is usually included in any airtime allowance. I will definitely be renewing over the phone next time.

I don't know how I got onto this site when I was trying to get on the gov site which eventually I did to renew my road tax. How have you acquired details of my bank cards? As far as I know I have never given them to you. Please delete them from your records. I will not finalise the transaction I began before I realised I was not on the gov site.

Absolute thieves!
Absolute thieves!! Clicked, thinking I was on the UK gov website, and went on to "pay my car tax" only to receive a final reminder from the DVLA a few weeks later telling me that i hadn't paid it. Checked back, and in fact all I'd done was give these scammers 50p and then an additional Β£7.95 for god knows what . Needless to say I unsubscribed (not knowing I'd even subscribed in the first place) PLEASE BEWARE. IF YOU THINK YOU'VE PAID YOUR TAX THROUGH THUS SITE...YOU HAVEN'T!
