Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

My review is exactly as one of the previous reviews, I have also be paying £7.95, for a service that I initially enquired about, since 1st March 2024. So I have made total payments of £79.50 for a service I do not require, and cannot cancel the direct debit I also have contacted my bank and unfortunately they cannot refund my payments. I find it very distressing that I do not have the option to cancel this

I went online to check information for my vehicle last June 2024 (not sure if it was car tax or MOT) and did not realise after an initial payment of 50p I was unknowingly signed up for a monthly payment of £7.95. This has been debited from my account for the last 8 months. When I realised this recently, I have phoned my bank who have been unable to offer a refund for me- I am now £63.60 out of pocket! I had no idea I was signed up to this and am thorough in checking things so am highly disappointed in what has happened with this service who do not make this clear and then leave people out of pocket! I have left a message via the contact form with Vehicle Information- I do hope you can resolve this for me

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have no idea who this company are and absolutely no idea how they got my card details. They have been taking £5.95 a month from me, the sort of small amount that you might not notice. It is definitely a scam - beware! I have spoken to someone on the phone and am waiting for the payment to be cancelled and to receive an email.

I was conned into paying for a service I was unaware of. I went to pay my road tax thinking I was using the UK gov official site but no, this unscrupulous business seems to have hijacked the search engine giving the impression I was using the government site. I have now reported the situation to my credit card company. I will be contacting the fraud action line, police and my member of Parliament to highlight the dishonest and misleading practices of this company in the aim to protect others pensioners in the future . This company should be ashamed of its devious business practices. Not only did I not recieve any confirmation I had set up a monthly payment, I didn't get confirmation and a cooling off period notice either. It's hard enough as a pensioner to avoid scams as it is. It will be interesting to see if the company reaches out and refunds me and puts this right.

I have just discovered I too have lost £7.95 for six months, unwittingly, for a subscription I neither want or need. Can somebody advise me how to stop this and get a refund. I read in another comment that there is a hotline number, what is the hotline number and how do I make contact? Thankyou. To update I made contact by telephone and John was extremely helpful, I should be receiving 4 months worth of refunds.

Didn’t sign up for this. Have just noticed 4 months after paying car tax on-line through gov website that I have since been charged £7.95 a month by this site. This is some sort of clever scam, making money by totally unaware people who have paid their car tax on-line. I’m discussed that this is possible. I will be looking into a full refund of money taken for a site and service I never signed up for.
