Booking experience was easy and informative.
This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Spoke to Samuel, He was the model of efficiency sorting out our planned trip and calling back ( something a lot of companies have difficulty doing) he also emailed me all the information regarding flights etc, and did not pressure us in any way.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. They advertised a cruise deal on Travelzoo and on ringing to book it my wife was told the flight tickets had now gone up meaning the price had to increase some £500!!! When I rang them an hour later they told me that the cabins at that price had all gone, and I'd have to upgrade for £400, and then later the day under a different name they told me I now had to stay an extra day in New Orleans and the price would be now £550 extra. Up-selling at its worst!! Im surprised a company like Travelzoo allow this as it affects their reputation too

I booked a cruise with worldwide cruises with Samuel having had over 30 cruises previously. He was very helpful and efficient especially as I was specific on which cabin and deck and side of the ship I wanted.I also added in a stay in a hotel in Venice and 5 nights in Lake Garda again being specific and choosing hotels I knew . He again was brilliant at arranging all of this for me so thank you to Samuel and worldwide cruises for your efficiency!
