I ordered a Formuler Z11 Pro Max at about 3pm parcel arrived about 1pm the next day very well packed. I upgraded from a Z10 Pro , much better performance, well satisfied , thanks very much . I would definitely recommend World of Satellite in the future.
I wish these companies would accept when you say "UNSUBSCRIBE" and remove from their system as they say they do.
And not to send 3-4 at a time.

Fantastic company. I bought a satellite receiver from World of Satellite. After faultless performance for about 18 months or so I foolishly decided the receiver need an entirely unnecessary update. I made a horrible mess of the updating process. Thereafter it no longer booted and I was convinced it was bricked. But then World of Satellite came to the rescue. I posted the item to them and they fixed it and returned it back to me the same day. 100% FREE OF CHARGE. How good is that?

I am going to give world of satellite a 4 rather than a 5 because I had problems with a VU+ UNO 4K SE that I had purchased from them.
I was repeatedly told that they never go wrong, but that is not true.
After 4 days, 8 rebuilds and factory resets and more than 10 hours of effort, I got nowhere with the openvix support team despite sending them a point by point list of what I was doing and, when I complained, they closed my thread.
I finally went back again to world of satellite and they sent me some instructions to follow.
The instructions were slightly different to what I had been doing, but there was one significant and optional change to the skin (the bit that makes it look pretty).
To cut a very long story short, it is essential that you change the default skin when installing openvix, because the default skin crashes making the system unusable.
Why was I not told this at the beginning, why openvix is shipped with a skin that freezes and why support did not ask me to change it, is beyond me.
The problem was clearly not of my making and the solution was far from obvious to a person not experienced with this particular system.
FYI: I note that the default skin has been changed, but I have received no personal notification or apology from Openvix for their error and for chastising me on the forum, when I was right when I said there was a fault and for them not properly reading my step by step instructions which showed I was using the then default skin (when they never use the default skin themselves).
Also note, that I have 45 years IT experience of technically supporting a wide range of IT systems and managing teams assisting me!
I therefore know only too well that when you have a problem, performing a clean build and changing as little as possible is essential. Except in this case, where the default system was flawed.
