Great course. Lots of information in a short space of time. Gives you the tools to work smarter. This is the second course I have taken and enjoyed it very much. I also find the email weekly tips helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you very much for a very informative training session. Nothing negative to highlight from the session. Duration / depth was to standard as always. Pacing was also adequate for people who were completely new to the topics mentioned throughout the session.

Really enjoyed the day, the trainer was very knowledgable. Took a lot away from the day and now just need to put it into practice.

Fantastic bespoke course. From the outset this seemed quite a difficult task with staff ranging in abilities, but our training needs for each staff was fully met. Would thoroughly recommend. Nicely paced training with a very helpful trainer.

Great training session. Lots of new info and shown to us in a way that we could understand. Love the email tips too. Ed was very patient with us and took the time to show some pretty basic skills where needed.

Think course content was good, but felt rushed and a lot to take on board in such a short period of time, would work a lot better for trainees spread over a few days, going more indepth in specific areas relevant to areas of work required by individuals. Access to post training online content very good, but could be improved and made easier if quick links were added to content listings, so you could jump straight to the section you wished to view, rather than having to scroll through 100's of pages.
