They made me believe they could recover my lost file I had spent hours working on, only it turns out it was just a scam. Don't trust this company.

Be very careful before you subscribe! Don't be scammed! I bought the 1 year Filmora plan and they had options to select free plugin for text effects, for 7 days. I just noticed they've been taking 25€ monthly of my company bank account. I asked a refund and they told me I had to read the policy very carefully and that I wasn't able to ask one, since the software is not giving any technical issues. I don't support this business model. Time to get back to capcut.

I was so very frustrated with my software problem. Any other company would probably have ignored me, but not Wondershare. Despite the fact that it took numerous emails for me to resolve my problem....with their assistance of course... I am now up and running. Much thanks Wondershare

Wondershare PDF Element has provided me with many of the tools I use in my business. The only complaint I have is that the conversion from PDF to Word is sometimes not smooth. Instead of converting the document to editable text, it puts an image of the document in a Word document.

NOT WORKING AGAIN NOT STARTING. NOT 1 VIIDEO DOWNLODING ????

It would be a 🍩, but unfortunately I can't. This so called Dr phone MD, is a scam wrapped in a ball of red tape, lies and deceit. All to scam people in a jamb and trying to get phones unlocked. We have so many passwords and pins to try and remember, the minute u update a device and use a different confirmation of the pattern or pin. It's forgotten. These germs have concocted a scheme to scam $40 a month off everyday battlers. Not only does the software not work, the automated popup to report the issue hurries u along the process to report to technicians that it asks science the software isn't compatible or not working u have a quick option if u want to delete this bloated Trojan virus. But be careful u still need this info so I can make a video of why the software doesn't work to send to the AI bot that will not connect u to a person or anybody in fact. Even though u may now think... ok job done all cancelled, these batch of blood suckers aren't finished rinsing u yet. They will always take the next month's payment. So I would suggest doing this through PayPal, better yet shop elsewhere

Professional thieves and scammers. Avoid this company at all costs and inform all your friends and colleagues to stay away. They do not refund. All their software is bad and lags and is extremely outdated and slow. They should be closed down asap. They scammed me out getting 1 year membership by 1 day trick price with their weird interface that scammers and fraudsters use on email phishing style. After 10 minutes of using their crappy and very slow software that reminds 2010 they are refusing to refund me of 1 year subscription that they ripped me out with a tricky way. Stay away and report them to authorities. These company surviving by stealing people and I wonder why they still exist and not closed down. Shame on people working there stealing people.

Absolutely dysfunctional at fixing my phone's issue, completely erased my data in the process, and their satisfaction guaranteed policy is a scam, they are fighting tooth and nail to not have to refund you when you clearly express being dissatisfied. Beware as you uninstall this crap, the logs and background files run deep. With regards to the reply: I already engaged their customer services, who were not only unhelpful (sending me to an Apple store…), but still refuse to get the refund through. I will be making a complaint to my credit card company to get my money back, and I strongly advise against making any business at all with Wondershare.

VERY INTUITIVE LAYOUT AND TOOLS. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENTS VISUAL EFFECTS. ITS EASY TO UNDERSTAND THE SETTINGS OF THIS SOFTWARE.

I bought a product called "Dr. Fone, Screen Unlock" to unlock a pin on my son's Android phone. It states right on their website "· Pattern, PIN, password, fingerprints & face screen lock can all be unlocked." I paid for the software, and it had me choose which phone it was (Google Pixel), and the next thing I know, it gives me instructions on how to reset the phone. I'm sorry, but I did not pay $26 for something I have done multiple times before. I bought the software to remove the screen lock, like the page says. I then proceeded to ask for a refund (within an hour of purchasing), and the company denied my request. This software was useless to me and I feel like this is false advertisement when you are just going to provide instructions to reset a phone.

The App is awesome; it has lot of features that one needs for video editing & creation. It has lot of cool AI features as well. I like the UI as well its simple to use.

Great video and audio editing software. I highly recommend.
