Always fast

At first I loved Hugo and had absolutely no complaints. One thing I hope customers could utilize again is the 3 day coverage option. I know the goal may be to make more money by forcing customers to pay for the 7 day coverage option, but some customers may be forced to go without coverage all together if they cannot afford the 7 day option at the time. Therefore, Hugo makes no money at all in that scenario and customers risk going without coverage. Please bring the 3 day coverage option back.

It's very convenient for those who can't afford monthly payments

The company seems to thrive on playing word games, thus in reality is false, misleading, irresponsible and will eventually start having some serious issues. They base their whole sales pitch on "Only for as low as $7.67 per day" BUT the reality of it is not good. FOR JUST 1 SINGLE MONTH that made the premium $230.10 for 30 days @ the least possible coverage. If your gonna pitch to make it sound like that is a deal of a lifetime, being good coverage and a low price when REALITY actually makes it 1mo - $230.10, 3mo - $690.30, 6mo - $1380.60 & 12mo - $2,761.20 for just simple basic coverage. Vers. the $63.10 Per Month that I found elsewhere.. That is more then double.. An common sense should tell GREED, MISLEADING And False narrative should never be a way to run a business

It’s a life saver

I actually came to this site after seeing nothing but terrible reviews and warnings from customers on the Facebook site. My purpose for being on the FB site, was because it's impossible to speak with someone via chat or phone for help when trying to add a vehicle, but it's not accepting the accurate VIN. Claiming to have live support, but have yet to see it. This shouldn't be such a hassle, Evidently it is.

Awesome the greatest prices when your struggling and can't find insurance without breaking the bank .

I only put 4 stars because they don't offer full coverage in my state.

Love the fact they don't demand an upfront payment, but wish they would do physical cards also.

My experience with Hugo was great I love that they offer coverage right away and you can pay and or cancel on a daily basis, weekly, biweekly or monthly they helped me tremendously

The reason why I gave a 5 star rating is because the service was fast and very easy

Y'all went up on my coverage y'all supposed to be helping people every time they need it not making them keep insurance on just to keep it at a certain price not helping me too much but I appreciate the business thank you
