Need to have representatives to assist…
Need to have representatives to assist customers vis phone. I couldn't rent a vehicle due to rental company not being able to confirm insurance with an actual person. Also reinstate insurance need to show immediately and not take 24-48 hours.

Other insurance companies were wanting…Searching for lower car insurance..
Other insurance companies were wanting to charge me 600 and 700 dollars a month for liability period one of my friends told me about Hugo, so I decided to go and try and see what happened. It was so easy and so fast to do and I have full coverage. What's nice about it is you have the ability to change your payment? You can do daily weekly or monthly. I chose to do monthly even with this. I am now saving $500 a month on car insurance. I want to thank Hugo and you all have a great day. I highly recommend them.

I got pulled over for no insurance
I got pulled over for no insurance. I quickly got online and re-upped with HUGO in minutes. Then a rep from Hugo electronically sent proof of my insurance to the state database. Hugo saved me from a huge ticket and prevemted.my car from being towed. They are awesome and the app is seamless and easy to use.
