The wine is great. The options are super. Love the concept. Your shipping is abysmal. Trying to judge your shipping to my home is like trying to figure out a Rubik's cube. You never know when you are going to ship it and thus we cannot plan when it will arrive. We travel a lot....thus our wine cannot be delivered as there is zero consistency when you ship. Maybe immediate. Maybe 10 days. Need to fix this.

I've been very happy with wine spies. Like any wine site, I do validate their good pricing against places like Total Wine, Costco, or local liquor stores. Generally speaking, the pricing is good. I can also say customer service has been very good fixing any issues either with the wine itself or shipping. About the only negative concern is sometimes the wine is a bit old, rarely but it has happened. Overall I'm pleased with Wine Spies.
Web site - is easy to navigate, Add to locker and ship. WIne Spied Introduced me to some new Wineries not on my radar - and Visited some on my annual Napa/Sonoma Trip from NJ - Early in December this year. Purchased direct while there- so you Guys are Providing Significant Value to your suppliers.
I down loaded the app. My account changed to my current email. I have 2 cases in my locker from my old email that now I can’t access. Made a ticket, representative told me what to do. It didn’t work but he closed the ticket and I still can’t access my account with 2 CASES frozen in their warehouse.

Everything was planned. I think I ordered on Sunday and I’m the product was here on Tuesday. No problem never had a problem as long as you only use UPS I cannot trust anyone or anything from FedEx.
Professional, efficient and friendly.Prices are fair. The locker feature is invaluable.
I didn’t want 6 bottles, but, there wasn’t anywhere to change the amount of bottles. I left a message with “the agent”, was informed someone would contact me and no one has. I did not complete the purchase, so therefore we both missed out on the purchase.
Wine is not as represented. CDP should not be like this at any level.

The delivery of this order came quicker than expected, so 5 stars are given. The other aspect is the quality of the wine for the price paid. Since the order just arrived I have not tried any of the wines. History tells me I won’t be disappointed.
The price was very good for the wine, however the shipping experience left a lot to be desired. In addition trying to reach someone was impossible and the automated response was a disaster. And, there was zero follow up. Not sure I will use again - DG
