5 day Valencia&Calpe trip
Shuttle was easy to find from the airport, car was just as we wanted it, everything went smooth and the staff was very nice both at pickup and drop off.. we went full to full to which they provided nearby gas station locations too. I'd definitely rent here again

SCAM!! When picking up the car the consultant tried to push me on additional insurance which was more expensive than the rental itself. The car had two small scratches on the front bumper which I reported on the website and added photos 5 minutes after picking up the car. Before returning the car I filled it up and washed it. When returning it the employee said everything was fine and we could go to the shuttle bus. After a while I got a bill charging me for the damage to the bumper. I also did not get my fuel deposit back. No one has responded to my messages for over 3 weeks. I only lost 200 euros but I will never use their services again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I do not recommend this rental !!

No issues at all. Car was ready.. Easy check in...easy check out and promt lift back to airport. Would be good if you could select an actual model as opposed to just a group.
