Ordered seafood to be delivered as a Christmas gift. Had a problem with billing. Spoke with Dan (I believe) in shipping. He actually watch the order being placed to ensure all was done correctly. The items were shipped seamlessly and efficiently.

The Cajun Crab dips need to be sealed and maybe have plastic wrap or something more eco friendly, so that it doesn’t get all over the bag and other items. Another suggestion is to have someone assigned to car service. Pittsburgh streets are busy. Your workers are busy. Assign someone to help Everyone out. Thank you!

The shipment was fast and received Frozen. The lobster tails looked great! I will let you know after we cook them on Christmas Eve. So far so good

Spoke to Dan in shipping who was leery about shipping Quahogs to Iowa as they can't guarantee how they will arrive. He agreed to my request for surprising my husband and brother-in-law with their Quahogs. They were a tremendous hit. Fast overnight shipping, arrived in perfect condition, everyone raved about their flavor. Thank you SO MUCH. We will definitely do this again.

I ordered a number of items from Wholey's Market and paid for next day delivery since the items were perishable. Paid extra because I live in Hawaii and I know it takes longer to get here. Four days later the package showed up. All the cooling paks were warm and the fish and meat were 70 1/2 degrees. I sent three emails and made three separate calls to Wholey's to check on status and to see if the items were still edible. Finally got somebody who sounded like they knew what they were doing who said they'd get back to me. Still no response to calls or emails. The original delay is probably on FedEx. The complete lack of service and follow up is entirely on Wholey's. I've had good experiences with Wholey's in the past but this is rediculous.

I was worrying about fish getting defrost during transit time of 2 days, but it came in perfectly frozen - thanks to the generous amount of dry ice put in the box. Packaging is great - each fish fillet is placed in individual plastic bag, and I can defrost one while keeping others in the fridge. It takes about 3 hours for one fish to completely defrost on the kitchen counter. Thank you for great product and service.
