At the direction of the staff
At the direction of the staff, I purchased a gift certificate online. However after receiving all of my email confirmations, I never received the final email with the gift certificate. I have made two attempts to call the store and have left two messages but have not received a return phone call or email regarding my gift certificate. Very disappointed because I love the store.

If there were a NO STAR button
If there were a NO STAR button, that is what I would give! The quality of your products is excellent but delivery of shipping NOT! Very Very disappointed ! I know it is a horrible time for all but, I think service and getting ordered products should be of utmost importance! I WILL NEVER order again! Lost my business!
