Poor Follow Through
I ordered a number of items from Wholey's Market and paid for next day delivery since the items were perishable. Paid extra because I live in Hawaii and I know it takes longer to get here. Four days later the package showed up. All the cooling paks were warm and the fish and meat were 70 1/2 degrees. I sent three emails and made three separate calls to Wholey's to check on status and to see if the items were still edible. Finally got somebody who sounded like they knew what they were doing who said they'd get back to me. Still no response to calls or emails. The original delay is probably on FedEx. The complete lack of service and follow up is entirely on Wholey's. I've had good experiences with Wholey's in the past but this is rediculous.
