At the direction of the staff
At the direction of the staff, I purchased a gift certificate online. However after receiving all of my email confirmations, I never received the final email with the gift certificate. I have made two attempts to call the store and have left two messages but have not received a return phone call or email regarding my gift certificate. Very disappointed because I love the store.
