Adam's valuation was spot on and nothing was too much trouble for him. Accepted an offer less than 2 weeks after the property hit the market. Would definitely recommend Whiteknights to all my friends and family.

I cannot praise WhiteKnights highly enough. The service was excellent and Gary was superb, investing time and energy in helping matters to proceed. He is an excellent negotiator! His suggestions and the contacts he provided were excellent and he went over and above the call of duty, even carrying out a bit of DIY for me himself! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been dealing with Whiteknights now for nearly ten years. Firstly, with a purchase of a property which I then subsequently rented out and most recently with the sale of the property. I cannot recommend them highly enough . Special mention has to go to Gary in the Sales Department and Lynne and Rob in the Lettings Department. 🛑Scamers🛑 Beware of scammers! I received information from Rob, the landlord, who initially agreed to rent the property to me and requested a holding deposit. However, later they refused to proceed with the rental and mentioned that the deposit is non-refundable, without prior mention or sharing of their Terms & Conditions. This behavior appears to be a scam where they conduct property viewings, collect deposits, and then refuse refunds. I strongly advise against making any payments to them; they are scammers. I am taking steps to report and escalate my complaint as this is unlawful. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Avoid these individuals at all costs. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

My first rent property is though Whiteknights, my family were looking for our rental property in Reading, my family’s members were busy so I need to find my property by myself, this is my first time to do it alone, my English speaking is not good but writing English is ok, I am so lucky can meet Amilcar, he is very friendly and helpful, he have patience to listen my poor English. Whiteknights have been exceptional, considering the housing market at the moment and the challenges we faced with buyers who dropped out. Special thanks to John Bennett and Scott Marlin for their patience and commitment to selling the house. Third time lucky for us, thanks to their efforts.

Initially supportive and helpful in early stages of purchase, which eventually dried up and resulted in a regretful withdrawal driven by patent inconsistencies and lack of transparency that they showed little interest to acknowledge and resolve - also including very unprofessional remarks made (including acknowledgment of the poor (worse word was used!) quality of the solicitors they themselves refer you to) - undermining any trust we had in them, and the solicitors they refer to. Seemingly dismissive of the integrity of actions and advice of their own recommended solicitors - combined with them giving inconsistent remarks and updates themselves without sound explanation - creating an environment of distrust that was extremely uncomfortable to FTBs. Showed a superficially hollow desire to resolve problems and secure a meaningful outcome, instead preferring an easy sale which they previously gave us confidence would not happen. Consider using very carefully - especially if a FTB - and if so, use your own trusted solicitor & mortgage broker and do not rely on their referrals (which they openly admitted to a referral the former being poor quality when it was too late).

Grate service. Gary and Rob doing really good job. Strongly recommend.

We were looking for our rental property in Reading Given the situation we found that it will not be a easy ride Estate agents were not responsive and you will have to wait long just to be able to speak to them We found a property marketed by Whiteknights. They were very responsive right from the beginning when we raised the viewing request Amilcar who showed us the property has been very professional and helping We have moved into the property and I will highly recommend Amilcar and Whiteknights lower Earley branch to anyone who is looking to move in this area Thanks

Estate agents 😅😅😅😅 They take on properties they are unable to sell They recommend solicitors as equally useless of they are They are liars They are hypocrites They have no morals They are everything you DONT want an estate agent to be They waste your time, ie 7 months in my experience 😤 Don’t entertain these people & seek a reputable & alternative estate agent if you want what’s best for you as a seller & a buyer

Very good service at a competitive price , providing solid advice to get started and during the sale process. Kept me updated on the various aspects of the sale as it progressed. Staff are personable, helpful, resilient, patient and capable, handling all the negotiations and visits on my behalf (with a buyer that turned out to be quite difficult) and sticking to the task when that buyer pulled out, remarketing and finding another buyer quickly in the shifting markets of the time.
