🛑Scamers🛑 Beware of scammers! I received information from Rob, the landlord, who initially agreed to rent the property to me and requested a holding deposit. However, later they refused to proceed with the rental and mentioned that the deposit is non-refundable, without prior mention or sharing of their Terms & Conditions. This behavior appears to be a scam where they conduct property viewings, collect deposits, and then refuse refunds. I strongly advise against making any payments to them; they are scammers. I am taking steps to report and escalate my complaint as this is unlawful. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Avoid these individuals at all costs. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
