I ordered 3 boxes of cider only two turned up and then I had to wait for the third one to come still hasn’t turned up yet you think they would send out ASAP but no, you still have to wait five days and then I’ll placed another order on the same day as complaining about the first one not being delivered and that one’s been delayed as well. They say it’s normal practice, but surely Customer Services should respect the fact that I have not had my third parcel and get it out next day as a customer. You know of them a regular customer I’m now thinking twice about ordering new or more from them not a very good delivery service they offer it, but it doesn’t work.

Only reason for 2 stars is because it tastes so good. other than this..... not great! Locally it costs alot up in the hills so i ordered direct from their site. Delivery was what let it down. 3 Boxes ordered, only 2 arrived. These were delivered to the next door business and left in the public doorway, the other box followed a week later, again being left on the doorstep of public business next door. contacted customer service and response was very text book/automated "sorry, rest knowing we strive to meet customer exp" NOT GREAT!

Purely out of being nosey, I read some of the 1 star reviews and was staggered at the effrontery of some people who seemed to blame Westons for issues they have no control over! I have ordered several boxes from Westons and have had NO problems whatsoever. It's just a pity it's Herefordshire cider and not Somerset! Ordering online can sometimes be hit and miss but it's a definite hit for Westons everytime!

The promotional Stowford Press pack said the competition was open from 1 July 2024 to 31 March 2025, internet access required. Sadly, the Weston Cider website makes it impossible to enter. An apology required, me thinks.

Sweetner's are added. Found a label that was not on previous orders stating sweetners added. When questioned.. silence. Will now go elsewhere.

Stowfords is a nice mid-range cider (for the price), but 4-tin-packs have very misleading 'big-splash' adverts all over packs STILL being sold in many stores (incl Co-op and Waitrose) that cynically entice punters in with the 'Haven Holidays competition' promo. Which apparently has already finished - but nowhere online does 'Westons' (or the retail press) actually say that! Talk about non-existent small-print, lol. Disappointed of Southampton.

A number of weeks ago I ordered 2 x cases of vintage cider. Had message off Parcelforce stating delivery for following day. Only 1 x case turned up. Contacted Weston’s who explained that one of the parcels was damaged so sent out replacement. Fair enough I thought and put down to bad luck. Placed order eight days ago for same 2 x cases. Again text off Parcelforce stating delivery next day but this time no show. Contacted Weston’s again and they confirmed 1 x case damaged again so arranged replacement. So far nothing has turned up and I had voicemail off Parcelforce stating that the replacement case is also damaged and being returned to sender. Contacted Weston’s again this morning and they are replacing the damage replacement case. I am due 1 x case later today which remains to be seen and I am told the replacement of the replacement case will be with me Thursday or Friday. We shall see. To summarise, be prepared for poor delivery if you choose to order from Weston’s. Twice I have ordered and twice they have damaged the items. The sales team are nice and polite however they will lose customers if they don’t sort Parcelforce out or improve their packaging to prevent damage. To put things in perspective, I have used Laithwaites wines for 25 years and not once have they damaged a case of wine so Weston’s could learn something from them. They use Yodel at the moment who have been excellent. Hope this review helps.

I think something in the henry westons cider is very bad for your nerves. I started to notice my legs getting really bad nerve pains not long after I started to drink this. Stopped for a few months and basically forgot all about the leg problem then tried a few the other night and back to the nerve pains. Nothing else I drink does this and I'm sure it's got to be the sulphites or something. I think this needs looked into.

Only purchased the cider to enter the competition, which is unenterable. So I have been conned. I will make sure I never purchase any of this companies products ever again.

Impossible to enter their free competition so it's obviously a fraud. If you are able to contact the website at Henry Weston cider to complete their holiday competition please share what you have to do as I end up on at their order form. THIS IS A SCAM. Don't waste your time and more importantly don't spend your money buying their rather innocuous product. There are more ciders with a better taste to enjoy.

This Company refuses to tell you how much total sugars are in the there cider I have emailed them over a couple of weeks and got these bizarre replies. Question Hi there, and thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly. I understand that 1 pint of Stowford press equates to 6 g of sugar. My question is in addition to the 6 g of sugar, does it contain further sugars by way of fructose, glucose or anything else and if so, could you please explain to me how much total sugar fructose glucose, or whatever else they may be in a pint of Stowford press. Answer Science is a bit of a beast!!!!!!!!!! I would have to go into a lot of detail, and I think that would just waste time.

A great product spoiled by the inability to meet delivery promises. A bag in a box product that was ordered was still not delivered after 6 working days despite the website banner promise of 3-5. I contacted customer service on day 3 having received no dispatch not and was assured it would be delivered within the window, but no. A great shame with a company that is trying to make such a big deal of its on line service. Additional. A rep from Weston’s called me this morning. first of all i was told that i had put the post code on the order wrong (it wasn’t) then the 3-5 working day delivery didn’t apply for special offers (nothing on the web site about this only the banner 3-5 days delivery) then it was APCs fault because a driver was ill. Talk about every excuse in the book..!

Great ciders, great responses to emails, phone calls etc but unable to amend an order or at least cancel so you can try re-order is not great. I appreciate they try to ship much faster than stated time scale when ordering but order change flexibility does not exist. This will never put me off buying from them but something to be mindful of, everything else all good!

i ordered and had delivery ahead of estimated date very quick. nicely packaged. cider taste great as well

Ordered a few times since I’ve not been able to enjoy a pint down the local these past 12 months. Always been large orders for friends and family too so been delivered directly by Westons as I live locally. Always been prompt and well packaged and delivered which a much appreciated smile!

I have ordered from here twice now. Fantastic Cider and very fast delivery which was also free. Will definately continue to order from here going forward.

Ordered, delivered when they said, no issues. What more could you want? And it's cider!

order was delivered damaged, 2 emails later a new box of the nicest cider ever was on its way. a few days later it was delivered.. twice! best customer service ever experienced, will definitely use again.. once i've got through 40 litres of cider..
