Weldricks Pharmacy Reviews

The service as usual is tip top . The web site is always a pleasure to use , so i have no complaints .

Easy website to use . Great products . Good packing . Speedy delivery .

Delivery can take almost two weeks even though we have placed the order online with the prescription pdf attached. We always have to contact them after a week for a delivery date. We send the orginal prescription first class with proof of postage but still need to contact Weldricks for an update. te

The things ordered had a long shelf life delivered on time shall use this company again

The staff are lively and service is great

I’ve updated the rating of this review as, in their response, the company point out that they do mention the 3-5 day processing time on their website, which is true. It would have been helpful if they’d made clear that it could be 7 days including postage, as if I’d known this I would have gone elsewhere as I couldn’t wait that long (and I’ve been told my order is likely to take the full 5 days to process). But,they are U.K. based, friendly and reasonably priced, so a good option for anything non-urgent, and as such I’ve updated the rating to 4 stars. Original review (unchanged): Reasonably priced and friendly, but incredibly slow processing times (up to 5 days to process the order before they even post it) mean they’re not suitable for anything remotely urgent. I hadn’t understood that the 3-5 working day time was just for them to process the order and that postage times were on top of this. If I’d have known, I would never have ordered with them and am now having to try to find the medication somewhere else as my pet has a serious bacterial infection and might die before the medicine arrives from Weldricks. If you have a non-urgent order that you can wait a week or so for, they are friendly and good value.

Always packed well and sent out quickly. Very fair prices too. No complaints from me!

Great customer service. Items supplied at a really good price. Delivery was excellent.

A very good experience ordering dog cleaning solution from Weldricks. I will definitely order from them again. Having an 8 year old Labrador who has problems with her Ears, it has cost Thousands in Vets fees. Not covered by insurance as it’s an ongoing problem. Now I know I can order the solution direct It is so much easier.

Products are at really good prices and sent out quickly at a reasonable cost. The packaging is well done as bottles are bubble wrapped in two bags and then additional paper packing us put into the box to stop everything moving. The only criticism would be that the bubble bags have adhesive strips to seal them which are used unnecessarily. If the seal was left on you could at least reuse the bags, although non plastic packing would be more desirable.

Am struggling to get this product elsewhere, so greatful for the very prompt delivery

I notified Weldricks by email that my parcel had been damaged in transit, and one of the tubs of foot cream was cracked, causing some of the cream to leak into the cardboard box. Two days later Weldricks instructed me to dispose of the damaged tub, since a replacement was about to be sent. It arrived safely just 5 days later.

I have found Weldricks the best online pharmacy that I have ever used and only use them now. The website is clear and easy to use and dispatches and delivery are clearly indicated. The price is reasonable as well

Had a great experience at the Swinton branch this morning. After struggling to get a Doctors appointment on Friday morning for my daughter, I thought I would take her to my local Weldricks branch. Olivia the pharmacist had a private consultation with my daughter who has a bad sore throat and she was able to issue some antibiotics for her on the Pharmacy First Scheme. Olivia was very friendly, helpful, professional and informative. All the staff at this branch are amazing and make such a good team, I use this branch often and would highly recommend!

Made an online order , Unfortunately my dog passed away before the order could arrive . I called to ask if they could stop the order arriving , not necessarily a refund as I know they'd probably already started working on the order , checking the prescription ect , butt I just didnt want the upset of him order to arrive in a few days time , Without even asking the lady had refunded me and cancelled the order within seconds . Great customer service, 100% would use again if needed , Recommend.

Have been ordering my medicines from them since almost more than a year now! No complaints ever

I struggled to place an order on line. It took me almost an hour and I gave up (my fault) I called the freephone number and was lucky enough to speak to Sue. Sue had endless patience and was very helpful. She talked me through what was needed and ended up placing the order for me. Thank you Sue, I'm sure you needed a cuppa after my call. ☺

The order was processed quickly, with updates provided throughout, and it was delivered just days after being placed.

We have used Weldricks for years as need regular meds for our dog. The online order process is very easy (very convenient upload of vet prescriptions). Their customer help is also great and incredibly helpful. I’d recommend them to all
