I struggled to place an order on line. It took me almost an hour and I gave up (my fault) I called the freephone number and was lucky enough to speak to Sue. Sue had endless patience and was very helpful. She talked me through what was needed and ended up placing the order for me. Thank you Sue, I'm sure you needed a cuppa after my call. ☺

I had to preorder my sofa's. I was called to make sure I was happy to wait. I was kept up to date with the progress. My sofa's arrived earlier than expected by 2 very helpful delivery men. From the beginning to the end every member of the team that I dealt with was polite and cheerful. My sofa's are perfect. I was quite daunted by 6 boxes but I put them together myself. Thank you for a great experience.
