Bad service My experience was soo bad today,they don’t write any information about extra charges like deposit and all on the booking,when I went to hotel I count check in cause they want deposit twice the booking amount which is not even written anywhere.Im literally outside now cant check in and don’t have money to book elsewhere and they can’t refund They heartless and I will advocate for more awareness of this so you don’t go through what I went through Ontop of that they gave me a studio instead of a 1 bedroom with total different pictures My booking ID: WH263144179

Misleading language about carry on baggage on their site. Like another reviewer mentioned they are purposefully obtuse about carry on being included and when you purchase and confirm with the airline no baggage is included with your ticket. When you reach out to their customer service they send you screenshots of the airline and not their own website. I tried to sent them a screenshot of their OWN website and their chat service will not accept your attachments. They do not try to resolve the issue and mark it as solved in their chat. Awful business practices.

Jai réservé mais billet d avion et j ai fait un paiement par virement comme dit dans l.email reçu a ce jour j ai toujours pas reçu.mes billet et lieu ces que maintenant depuis les code reçu cela me mentionne que j ai aucune réserve donc je pense que je mz.suis bien fait avoir....

Dit bedrijf is niet bereikbaar terwijl ze aangeven 24/7 dat wel te zijn. Ik heb alles betaald en krijg een mail dat de tickets klaar staan, maar ik kan niet meer in hun site om in te loggen. Ben al 4 dagen hiermee bezig en elke keer krijg je de zelfde melding ( laat je gegevens achter en we zullen reageren) niet dus.

Horrible experience with Wego. The website deceptively depicted like carry ons were included. When I was issued the ticket, I log onto the airline's ticket and they were not included at all. First, customer service was hard to reach over the phone. I emailed them then found someone does respond if you request a live agent. He kept screenshoting the airline's interface and not the Wego website that had incorrect information. They offered no resolution and no apology. Worst customer service ever. It was cheaper booking directly with airline had Wego been upfront!

Very very bad service, irresponsible, extremely disappointing service

Professional emplyer

I booked a flight through Wego after carefully selecting specific travel dates. However, the ticket I received had completely different dates, very far from the ones I originally chose. When I contacted Wego to correct this obvious issue, I was shocked that they asked me to pay an amount higher than the original ticket price just to change the dates, even though the mistake was not mine. What made the situation even clearer is that when I contacted the airline directly, they were very cooperative and offered a reasonable and fair fee to change the flight. This shows that the problem was not with the airline, but with Wego’s handling of the booking. Unfortunately, Wego’s customer support and technical support were extremely poor and unhelpful. They did not act like a real support team and took no responsibility for the issue. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this platform.

I had a worst experience in booking this Wego travels and flight booking, due to some unavoidable situation as my name in the ticket have to be changed due to my family name changed. I contacted costumer service multiple times, send email with documentation to support name change and they never bother to change . As per Air France was matter of 5 min to change and they are not changing. I end up paying another ticket by my self and the one I buy trough them was cancel because cannot be used I haven't even refunded single penny, such a worst guys, please dont go for it. Such worst management and cheaters. Try to choose another option but not this company

Don't make a deal with this company.This company is a fraud He's cheated on me too. My visa has expired because of this company . And I got my visa extended, which cost me a fine of 400 riyals.Who is responsible for this? And I spent a week in Karachi waiting that maybe my ticket would be refunded or the money would be refunded, but nothing was given. Then I got another airline I lost about 2500+ riyals because of this company.And my time was wasted because of this company. But there is no solution yet. Booking ID WFZ13FL7MPY25
