Very bad website & customer support

I booked a flight through Wego after carefully selecting specific travel dates. However, the ticket I received had completely different dates, very far from the ones I originally chose. When I contacted Wego to correct this obvious issue, I was shocked that they asked me to pay an amount higher than the original ticket price just to change the dates, even though the mistake was not mine. What made the situation even clearer is that when I contacted the airline directly, they were very cooperative and offered a reasonable and fair fee to change the flight. This shows that the problem was not with the airline, but with Wego’s handling of the booking. Unfortunately, Wego’s customer support and technical support were extremely poor and unhelpful. They did not act like a real support team and took no responsibility for the issue. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend using this platform.
