I made a reservation with Wego and found their tickets cheaper than other agencies from Aswan to Cairo and back on Nile Air end flight were on time and were very helpful and supporting I would recommend them
I made the reservation 7 hours ago. The money was deducted from my account, but they still didn’t confirm my booking. After I contacted them many times, they said, “Sorry, we couldn’t confirm your booking. You can book another ticket, but the price has increased by 30%.” Not recommended

Checked through the wego the lowest price which was easemytrip after booking and confirmed for payment and the amount deducted. Email received from easemytrip that confirmation is not happen due to increase in fairs. Either to pay the difference or wait for almost 2weeks to refund your money back. When complained back to wego they said you have to follow what the agent inform. That shows the low of customer care as they suppose to punish the website they have no issue about what happened. This practice shows how to keep up their customer and they don’t care about them. They think only in the way of getting money and don’t care about the customer. Be careful before you do any deal with wego.
