Horrible experience with Wego

Horrible experience with Wego. The website deceptively depicted like carry ons were included. When I was issued the ticket, I log onto the airline's ticket and they were not included at all. First, customer service was hard to reach over the phone. I emailed them then found someone does respond if you request a live agent. He kept screenshoting the airline's interface and not the Wego website that had incorrect information. They offered no resolution and no apology. Worst customer service ever. It was cheaper booking directly with airline had Wego been upfront!
