The start and end of the process was good but had a few hitches in the middle with a lack of correct information and bad communication. This was finally resolved though and all was well in the end!

I was really impressed with the service from Waterfords as a purchase. From the initial viewing to eventual exchange/completion we were kept fully informed and advised. In particular Lizzie worked really hard to communicate with all parties and solicitors to push the process forward. Great service. Would recommend. Thank you!

I feel that Michael Thomas and Jordan Lee go above and beyond for a perspective purchaser! I can honestly say that they tried their absolute hardest to find a new property to match my long list of requirements and contacted me regularly with updates and to me they are two of the best estate agents I have dealt with over the 30 years I have been buying and selling properties! Michael and Oliver have been simply brlliiant throught the purchase of our new home. Any questions or requests of additional viewings has never been frowned upon, it has always been replied to with courtesy and professionalism. With every house move there is stress on behalf of the purchaser (me) and Michael and Oliver always responded with a sense of calm, which was very much needed at the time. They helped push solicitors (who are the main headache throughout the process) and took that burden away from me. We decided to sell our house through Waterfords in Fleet and they have been great to deal with. Our house sold within 6 weeks and in particular James and Oliver have been brilliant in communication. As with every house move, it hasnt been without drama, but James and Oliver done what anyone would ask of, and thats to keep us informed all along the way. they helped chase solicitors, buyers, and everyone else involved. They ensured that when we were at the time of exchange, that all solicitors we notified, followed up with them and notified me of exchange before our solicitors told us. All in all, they have provided exactly what they told us they would, James who was our main contact througout was always available and always understood what we needed and delivered on the initial promise. A refreshing service in the world of Estate Agency. Well done and thank you!

Met with Luke prior to property going on the market, he spent a good amount of time with us explaining the process and going through similar properties. Within 3 days we had all but met our asking price, which was 15k higher than the competition suggested we could get and now the ball is well and truly rolling. Can't speak highly enough of Luke and his sales team.

I went in to see the lettings team about what they had to offer, Oliver was very helpful and he discussed Norwich house which had recently come on. Within an hour Rob had sent me a video of the available flats and Matt had booked me in to see that afternoon resulting in me getting a new apartment!

Waterford is the best agent to work with to find a place. I am a transplant from the USA and they work very closely with the time change between the UK and the USA. I would use them again in the future.
