Friendly and efficient customer service. Swimming instructor very knowledgeable and great with both baby and parent to build water confidence. Overall great value for money.

I would honestly recommend this service to anyone I know with a young child! I am very impressed with the progress made each week and what each lesson entails. Every member of staff has been great and friendly along the way also. A very happy first time mummy here that is very greatful for the lovely experience we have received. Thank you!

Our baby absolutely loves these lessons, she started at 12 weeks old and is now 5 months she smiles and laughs the whole time she’s progressed so well and is such a delight to watch. We love taking her and having that half an hour bond with her on a Thursday evening - however recently had our class cancelled and absolutely gutted about it, we can’t make during the day and are so so sad she’s no longer going to be going as she just loves it so much.

We had our usual swimming lesson this week and a catch up due to being unwell. I can't thank water babies enough for the encouragement they have given me to keep going with lessons for my little girl. We have had the best 2 lessons with Zahra and Anne-Marie we even made it to going underwater without and fear or screaming. Thank you so much!

I can’t recommend this company enough. Our instructor Kerrie is so informative, high energy and an all round lovely person. Water babies staff members have been amazing also. They are very quick to respond and have been amazing when my little one was unwell. The classes are so fun and great at invoking all the parents and babies together so the class atmosphere is a lovely place to be.

Great classes, gives your little one a lot of confidence inside and outside the pool.

Great teacher. Nice size group. Only comment is for changing rooms to be bigger.

My little girl started water babies at 5 weeks old and absolutely loves it. Our teacher Kerry is amazing and calms any worries or anxieties anyone has.

The sessions are well structured, fun and easy to follow. All communication is excellent - from admin to in-session. The facilities are clean, spacious and welcoming at Hampshire Court Hotel. Our instructor, Vicky, is amazing - patient, supportive and encouraging. Everything we ever wanted in our swimming lessons for our little one, thank you!

Have two kids doing water babies, ones 3 and both have been attending since 5 months and they are so confident in the water, my just turned 3 year old can confidently, swim, dive ect without support! Teachers are lovely also.

Waterbabies is amazing! The teachers are lovely with the children and really respect them. The lessons are fun and engaging for the children too. We love our monday lessons!

We have recently attended an underwater photo shoot, our first one to be precise. Although we haven’t received the pictures our experience was a great one, the team in the pool made my little girl feel so comfortable she did an amazing job going in. Thank you for the experience guys xx

We love our Water Babies Lessons every week and we are enjoying learning the safety skills in and around the water. The teachers are fantastic and the swimming portal is great to keep up to speed with your little ones progress! We also completed an underwater swim photo shoot which was absolutely fantastic! The team put you and your little one at ease making sure they are happy. There is a lesson alongside the photo shoot and the images are amazing!

Gemma is an amazing teacher! Her lessons are always well thought out and exciting and she is great at helping to build their confidence, especially if your little one is a little nervous in the water. Would 100% recommend WaterBabies, ask for a lesson with Gemma!

The teachers are amazing! My son loves his swimming lessons

My son is currently 3 and a half he has joined water babies since he was 12 weeks old and he absolutely loves it. Since joining he has learned so many skills! At the very begging it was a great start for bonding and trusting each other he gained water confidence, strength, he is able to swim by himself even! He loved his swimming teachers two in those years he only had two teachers changed and they have been working in that field for a very long time. His current teacher is Nina and she is absolutely amazing! You can tell that she loves being around children so much, always making them laugh, doing some crazy things to entertain them even me as and adults I was like WOW she is going above and beyond, huge thank you to teacher Nina for being such a great teacher in my son's life! Company is very good in accommodating out needs change of schedule whenever needed, always finding a solutions too! Great with responding emails and phone calls. Sorting things really quickly. We have recently enrolled out little girl too. The only negative thing I can think of is sometimes the pool temperature is not so great, but I guess it really depends on the location. We've been with Water Babies for 8.5years...started with our first baby at a few weeks old right the way through to graduation, then our second, still going through with our third and are now just starting our fourth and final journey with baby number four! We've loved how amazing the teachers are and how the fun/activities in class develop into skills they use whilst swimming independently as they grow older. All my babies love the water and are not scared of diving under for treasures, giving them confidence to be great swimmers. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting their children to be strong swimmers

I've been swimming with my son since he was 7 weeks old, that's nearly a year ago now. It's the best way I found to be able to build an amazing bond with him, he trusts me so much now, which was something I was worried about as a 1st time parent, especially as he was breast fed which is of course amazing and a great start for him, but it meant he only wanted his mum in most situations.

We started Water Babies when my little boy was 7 weeks old, and as a first time mum joining a group like this was a perfect way to start engaging outside of our home. The lessons are fun and engaging for both my little boy and me, focusing on water safely but in an exciting way. The pools are lovely and warm for little ones too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Water Babies to anyone looking to have some water fun with their baby, it really is the highlight of our week.
