Absolute scam, drop shipping cheap goods from China which are worth pennies. Awful customer service, impossible to get a refund

These candles allow me to actually use some beautiful containers that otherwise were empty. Turning them into candles is fun!

Wish I had read reviews before buying. I haven't used the product or even opened it as I wanted to return is. I was charged for a snuffer that should have been free and for what I paid not value for money. The customer service is appalling as the only response I received was asking why I wanted to return the products, which I had explained in my initial email. Now I get no response at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Waste of money. Loved the concept but the 'zero waste' is a lie. Wicks light ok but stay lit for about 5 minutes, then all you're left with is a hard lump of wax that cannot be reused. Will probably melt the pearls to pour into a standard candle holder.. can't beleive I fell for this very expensive con.

What a team and what product. Absolutely love how this product works. We have purchased more to give away as special gifts. The burn is so clean and the fragrances are divine.

Do not buy! Total scam. Do not last anything like 120 hours per pack. And good luck getting a reply and money back when you are not happy. Avoid like the plague!

I love the concept of this flexible candle. I have lots of great vessels to put the wax into without needing to collect more jars. The wax pearls don’t stick to or damage the bowl you put them in. I love that they are totally toxin free and environmentally friendly. My only wish is that the scent oils were pure organic essential oils, without any artificial ingredients. Keep up the great work. I will be a repeat customer, for sure.

I think this company is a scam, they said they couldn’t ship to my “remote” area. Have been going back and forth for months on shipping. They say they don’t use USPS, FedEx or UPS, don’t a company in the world that does use at least one of those. Have not refunded me yet either. SCAM!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I discovered Warmnest by chance — and what a lovely surprise! The Pearled candle is not only stunning to look at, it also brings such a cozy, calming atmosphere to my space. The texture, the packaging, the concept… everything feels thoughtful and high-quality. What impressed me the most is how unique the product is — being able to reuse the candle in different containers and choose your own scent makes it feel so personal and sustainable. It even extinguishes itself if it tips over, which gives me peace of mind. Customer service was great, and the delivery was smooth. I’ll definitely be ordering again — Warmnest has quickly become a favorite in my home. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. I ordered my items on January the 14th, I have had back and forth emails for 6 months, they always blame it on delivery issues. All my items still showing in their store as immediate delivery and yet I’ve been chasing for 6 months. I can’t work out if they are just completely incompetent or whether it’s a scam. I’ve given them a final chance to solve the issues otherwise I will have to escalate things. I will keep this community updated

Looks cool, smells clean. A bit fiddly at first but overall solid.

I was hesitant at first because of the price, but honestly — it’s worth it. I’ve used the same container three times now and still have plenty of wax pearls left. No smoke, no weird residue, no headaches like with cheap candles. The vanilla oil fills the room gently. And the self-extinguish feature? Genius with pets.

Sorry I cant read this its in a foreign language to that which I speak. My order hasnt arrived yet so all I can say is I like the Idea of your product and I cant see why it wouldnt be wonderful.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a candle and some essencial oils. The package came completely destroyed and all spilled all over. One of the essencial oils was not wrapped in plastic cover but only in a cardboard box that was open, and the bottle was leaking. The wickers were missing. I send an email complaining about this and received a very passive aggressive reply insinuating that it was my fault when opening and that they are building a more intuitive packaging, when in the pictures i sent it was clearly visible that thats how I received the order, plus how the essencial oil was already open. They took no responsibility at all and offered a £15 discount on my NEXT purchase. As if the £50 I spent was not a waste enough they expect me to spend more. Unfortunately i fell for the instragram advertisement trick, but now realise its a terrible company with a bad product, disorganised and terrible costumer service.

I ordered a number of items from warmnest in the second week of January. 24 hour delivery on their site. It is April next week and I still haven’t received my items. I just get fobbed off when I email that there is a problem with delivery, but all the items I have bought still show as 24 hour delivery. The product looks great but I am now at the point where I feel like I have been scammed. 10 weeks and nothing for something they claim is 24 hour delivery… be careful.

I contacted the company and got very little help - even reading all the small print, I still could not find anything that said you needed to turn the cylinder upside down - lady said I had instructions (which I could not find) and feel I needed to go back to college to understand how to open a box - right way up would be a good start, but this ended up with nearly whole contents on the floor. Burns ok but nasty looking lump of 'wax' once out and when on water, a ring of bits stick to glass. Delivery was also slow, as mentioned before coming from China - yes a Scam in my view and no option to add a poor review to their site

Damaged Goods -- Is this a scam? My cardboard cylinder "candle" container was damaged (smashed) in transit, and all the "bits" were scatterd throughout the package, unusable. When I went to the site to get help, the "contact" on the website does not work, so there's no way to contact the company. Is this company a scam? I see no other way to communicate and have essentially lost $40. For the amount of the one cylinder that was not smashed, imo, it is not worth the cost, as well. VERY disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling customer service. Product arrived very late, no wicks included (which I paid for) and contents spilled all over the floor as no instructions that the product has to be opened upside down. After numerous emails to the company they finally offered to send replacement products. These have not appeared and they are now saying they didn’t offer that (I have the emails?!). Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Had exactly the same issues as everyone else. Took ages to arrive, opened the tubes (with the smallest “lid” uppermost) & still lost a lot of the pearls as they both spilled out. Lit 3 wicks, 1 went out as soon as it reached the pearls and the other 2 so far are barely lit (after 15 mins). Total scam DO NOT BUY is my advice
