This is how all companies should operate. No excuses about Covid and delivery times here. Ordered the joist tape around 1pm Wednesday and it was delivered 11.55am the following morning. Had a customer service call once I placed the order which was a nice personal touch thanking me for my order. Brilliant and will definitely use this company again 5*

bit of a hiccup delivery wise
bit of a hiccup delivery wise, but to be fair this was NOT Walther Strong's fault, more DPD couriers, as they did not send me an email notifying me where they had delivered my goods, .. I emailed Walther Strong after a week of waiting to find out if it had been sent, ..got a very rapid response from 'Cassia' in the form of a telephone call, she was very polite and helpful, offering to re-send if I could not pick my goods up from where DPD had delivered to. I will definitely use Walther Strong again.

Great stuff
Received quickly, easy to use although a clear tape would be much easier as I could see what I was doing and save repositioning. Lovely surprise of sweets in the box. Dogs enjoying drinking the rain water that has been pooling on the top of my joists, it definitely works lol. Extremely tacky if it gets attached to your fingers but doesnβt leave any residue. Highly recommended but mind your fingers on any rough edges while smoothing, I have splinters.
