Virtual Assistant Portal PH Reviews

I’m a client of Virtual Assistant Portal PH and currently use their services across a couple of my businesses. We’ve worked with their VAs on accounts and bookkeeping, web development, and digital marketing, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The VAs are genuinely skilled, well trained, pleasant to work with, and very reliable. One thing that really stood out to me was how quickly they can get started, in our case within days, and their flexibility around working hours. Communication has also been strong, with very good English and a professional approach throughout. Mary Cavita is an amazing and strong leader. She is clearly well respected by both her team and her clients, and it’s no surprise that much of the company’s new business comes through referrals. I was personally referred by an existing happy client, and my experience has fully lived up to that recommendation. I also really admire Mary’s commitment to charity work, particularly her support for underprivileged children’s education, children undergoing cancer treatment, and causes supporting animals and shelters. It says a lot about the values behind the business. I would happily recommend Virtual Assistant Portal PH to any business looking for high-quality, cost-effective virtual support.

Three years ago, I was an engineer trying to escape my 7–5 job. I wanted more freedom with my time, my location, and my finances. When I started looking for someone who could guide me into becoming a virtual assistant, VAPPH was the one who opened that door for me. They gave me the basics, the foundation, and the confidence to start. And even now, I’m still happily part of their community. Through VAPPH, I’ve met so many business owners around the world who needed digital marketing support. I didn’t just work, I learned, grew, and felt truly empowered. Always grateful for the lessons, opportunities, and support VAPPH has given me. 🥰

I’m giving 5 stars because VAPPH gave me the opportunity to become a Virtual Assistant. From hands-on training to approachable coaches, supportive staff, and CEO, Ms. Mary, they truly exceeded my expectations. They never left us behind and guided us step by step until we were able to secure a client. I’m incredibly grateful because their courses are well-structured, practical, and extremely helpful.
