Zero communication made my first time experience with this company quite stressful. Very disappointed, hit and miss, lengthy delivery process, rescheduled, by company/courier, 3 times, with information provided only after constant badgering!! I asked to cancel, as delivery wouldn't be in time for Christmas, 27th December - ordered 14th December - order was delivered on 24th December, had already purchased elsewhere, so money wasted here. I wouldn't recommend.

Good value and good variety of products. The delivery was a bit slow and took almost a week - when ordering i don't recall seeing it expected to be this long. Would order again but be more mindful to check delivery timing.

The order arrived just in time for Christmas. Delivery was reasonably priced but tracking was a bit frustrating as most of the info arrived on delivery day. When we ordered we wrongly assumed that it was a UK site which we then chose to avoid delivery and customs delays.

Easy to order, when I did have a problem it was dealt with quickly & recified, with a follow up email to check that everything was OK! Excellent customer service & a great company to buy difficult to find wines. The price is competitive too! I always use this company.

Arrived just in time for Christmas Delicious white Chinon. Will buy from Vinatis again. Some initial issues getting my account working and had to reset password but then no problem. 👍

Had the wine I was looking for (it's not in shops) and delivered very quickly. Packaged well and just what I ordered. Have tried OTHER wine suppliers with disastrous results. I have found Vinatis excellent and will continue to use them.

Company sent to wrong address despite me contacting customer service and then assuring me they would ship to correct address. It was also left on front porch even though I hadn't authorised safe place. Terrible first experience with the company

Ordered champagne weeks ago but nothing turned up.Contacted the help line three times before I got an answer that there had been a mix up with the courier. The order was eventually received some weeks late, but was fully complete. I guess something can go wrong with any order but the lack of response from the helpline was unforgivable.

There were no problems at all it arrived at customs then delivered buy dhl the hole company are greatly run and Cedric was very helpful and of course the champagne was great value so no complaints from me

Never used vinatis before. Easy site to use. Very competitively priced. There is a 6-10 day lead time which was achieved despite it being December. Excellent packaging and good comms on shipment.

Delivery took 18 days from payment and missed the birthday it was a present for. Communication was also slow when I chased it.

Ordered wine on Dec 12, still showing as not collected by delivery comapny on Dec 22, no response to three separate contacts on their website and two contacts via Facebook messenger. They have my money, I have no wine and they do not respond. Avoid.

Ordered my three bottles of POL on 10th December. Was cleared from customs on the 12th and nothing since - no updates but very quick to take my money I emailed customer services (again) on Tuesday 19th - and nothing since. Not even the courtesy of a response. Highly unlikely we will be having POL on Christmas Day as we usually do...This company seems very hit and miss...I will never use them again..

Ordered a couple of cases on 10th Dec for Xmas and immediately got an email saying it might be delayed (delivery was supposed to be 5-10 business days), this was immediately followed by another mail saying it was dispatched!? Tracking number suggested it was released from ‘customs’ (bonded store?) in Oldham on the 11th but not heard a peep or had an update since. Chronopost / DPD tracking not changed (other than the delivery now disappearing from the DPD app) Have emailed them and used their ‘contact us’ function on the website but heard nothing for over a week despite offering a ‘response within 24h’ Now unsure whether to stick or twist and get another £350+ of wine just in case this is late as they can’t be bothered to give an update. Used them a few times before iirc pretty sure this will be the last.
